Banana Oat Pancakes

These Banana Oat Pancakes are a delicious way to start your day with simple healthy ingredients. This blender pancake recipe is so quick and easy you'll want them every morning!

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend for 15 to 30 seconds or until batter is smooth.
  • Next add butter or oil to a large skillet or griddle, and heat to medium heat (~350F).
  • Once oil/butter is hot, using a ¼ cup scoop pour the batter onto the pan/griddle.
  • Once the edges of the pancakes start to brown and the top of the batter starts to look a bit dry, flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 1 to 3 minutes or until pancake is golden brown on the bottom.
  • Serve with butter, sliced bananas, and/or your favorite syrup.

Recipe makes 6 to 8 pancakes
