  • Add the cottage cheese to a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.
  • Transfer the blended cottage cheese to a medium bowl. Whisk in the lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Add the chicken, celery, red onion, and dill. Fold gently until evenly coated.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Chill for 20 to 30 minutes before serving if time allows.
