Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt 2% or nonfat
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice from about ½ medium lime
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave
  • 1 teaspoon low sodium taco seasoning see notes below
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons water as needed to thin

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients, except the water, to a small bowl.
  • Whisk until smooth, then thin with water to a drizzleable consistency. Chill until serving.

Notes

Taco seasoning: If using a store-bought seasoning blend, check the package label to ensure it is gluten free, if needed.
