This Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing adds fresh, zesty flavor to just about anything. Made with Greek yogurt and a handful of ingredients, it’s perfect for salads, grain bowls, tacos, and more.

After making multiple batchs of my Greek Yogurt Salad Dressing, I decided to add a little Mexican-inspired flair with a dried spice blend, fresh cilantro, and lime juice. And it did not dissapoint!
This Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing is the finishing touch your salads, tacos, and grain bowls have been begging for. It adds fresh flavor and a creamy richness that really satisfies.
Ingredients

- Greek yogurt: Use plain 2% or nonfat Greek yogurt for the best flavor. Greek yogurt creates a creamy base with a tangy flavor and adds a little extra protein.
- Fresh cilantro: Finely chop the cilantro so it blends evenly throughout the dressing.
- Lime juice: Fresh lime juice gives the best bright flavor. You’ll need about ½ of a medium lime.
- Olive oil: Richness the flavor and helps smooth out the texture of this creamy dressing.
- Honey or agave: Just a touch to balance the tanginess of the yogurt and lime juice.
- Taco seasoning: Our Low Sodium Taco Seasoning adds just the right hint of spice and smoky flavor without overpowering the cilantro and lime. If using a store-bought blend, you’ll want to season to taste since salt levels vary.
- Water: Add 1 to 2 teaspoons as needed to reach a smooth, drizzleable consistency.

How to Make Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing

- Add the dressing ingredients to a bowl.
- Whisk until smooth and creamy. Add a little water as needed to reach your desired consistency, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
